SeveralAfricancountriesrequiretheofficialloadingdocumentationknownastheElectronicCargoTrackingNote(ECTN).DjiboutiwillrequireanECTNstartingfromJune15,2023.PleasecontacttheChineseagenttoprocessthisdocumentat0086053285617731。TheECTNcertificatecontainsindepthinformationaboutyourproducts,howtheyweretransportedbetweenports,andhowlongittook.ThisdocumentismandatoryforallshipmentsthatwillbeunloadedinDjiboutiregardlessoffinaldestination.
Beforearrivalattheport,everyshipmenttoacountryrequiringanECTNmustbeaccompaniedbytheECTNcertificate.Withthiscertification,destinationportauthoritiesreceiveallnecessaryinformationpriortotheshipment’sarrival,facilitatingcustomsclearanceforyourproducts.
